MLSBioDNA Ltd offer testing capabilities, using validated molecular techniques for the detection of food-borne pathogens in both raw and processed foods.
Molecular techniques are more sensitive, specific and can give very rapid results when compared to conventional methods. Testing is done using real-time PCR technology and results can be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of sample.
Molecular testing is carried out for the following organisms:
